What you will do

• Design and implement scalable high-quality components and services aligned with team goals.
• Contribute to technical decisions on architecture, reliability, performance, and technical debt.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver balanced technical solutions.
• Monitor and improve system performance.
• Champion best practices in development, agile, and continuous improvement.
• Own delivery pipeline including code quality, testing, deployments, and on-call duties.

Requirements

• 5+ years in backend development with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, Dapper, Polly, SQL Server, PostgreSQL
• Proficiency in designing public APIs or libraries with strict versioning.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS preferred), CI/CD (GitHub Actions, TeamCity, Octopus).
• Expertise in monitoring tools (Datadog, Grafana, Sumo Logic).
• Containerization (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm), distributed comms (Kafka, AWS SQS), IaC (Terraform).
• Support for production systems.

• Experience with F#.
