What you will do

• Lead AI integration across all phases: opportunity identification, deployment, testing, optimization, and maintenance.
• Define AI development criteria, objectives, and validation plans to meet stakeholder needs and accelerate programs.
• Interface in meetings to develop requirements, test plans, mitigate risks, and verify performance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to drive efficiency gains and integrate AI into tools like project management, data pipelines, and collaboration systems.
• Support prototyping to rollout, educate teams on AI, and foster innovation.
• Mentor and manage a team of engineers while handling multiple priorities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in computer science, AI, data science, engineering, or sciences
• 4+ years in technology, aerospace, or space industry
• 2+ years technical project management or system-level engineering
• 1+ years managing technical teams
• Willing to work extended hours/weekends and travel up to 50%
• Meet ITAR: U.S. citizen/national, permanent resident, refugee, or asylee

Nice to have

• 5+ years aerospace or high-tech experience
• Experience with AI product design, development, integration, or test
• AI integrations in enterprise settings
• Strong innovation in process improvement and AI design
