What you will do

• Supervise and lead front-line teams in premium food & beverage areas like suites and catering, with flexibility to support concessions, bars, and kiosks as needed.
• Execute food, beverage, and merchandise operations during events, maintaining clean and safe environments using POS (MyVenue) and catering software (TripleSeat).
• Drive team sales and guest service through goals, incentives, training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Manage inventory counts, staff scheduling, payroll, and compliance with health guidelines and company standards.
• Handle guest concerns, collaborate with departments, and adapt to fast-paced event changes.
• Serve as a role model, enforcing policies and supporting management as required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old, work flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays, and mandatory events
• Physical ability to lift 20-50 pounds, stand for long periods, and handle various movements; exposure to smoke, lights, pyrotechnics
• Minimum 60 college credit hours or equivalent; 3-5 years supervisory experience in events, sports, theatre, or entertainment venues preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder mobilization, conflict resolution, and multitasking under deadlines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word & Excel; experience with merchandise sales, visual displays, inventory, and reports.
• Certifications: TAM Card, Food Handler’s Card, LVMPD Non-Gaming Work Card
