Salary: $300,000-335,000 annually

What you will do

• Oversee development and sales of alternative unscripted series from ideation through negotiation and execution
• Build diverse slate leveraging sports DNA into genres like competition, docu-soap, food, dating, travel, and live events
• Source material and create compelling development materials including sizzle reels
• Hire, manage, and mentor showrunners, producers, directors, and production teams
• Establish scalable production workflows, budgeting, scheduling, and quality controls
• Collaborate with production, finance, editorial teams and maintain relationships with networks, streamers, agencies
• Guide strategy for building exportable formats catalog

Requirements

• 20+ years in reality, unscripted, competition/games TV programming
• Extensive leadership in unscripted TV with track record of selling/executing premium series for major networks/streamers
• Deep knowledge of unscripted production logistics, budgeting, staffing, creative problem-solving
• Strong marketplace instincts to shape commercially viable series
• Proven ability to build and lead high-performing teams
• Strong industry relationships and excellent communication/negotiation skills

Nice to have

• Success developing/selling unscripted formats domestically/internationally
• Experience with rights negotiations, licensing, international distribution
• Experience with sports talent or sports-adjacent storytelling
