What you will do

• Lead the implementation, configuration, and administration of IBM mainframe Coupling Facility environments.
• Optimize Coupling Facility configurations for high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Integrate and maintain compliance with GDPS IBM mainframe technologies to support resilience and recovery objectives.
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement across mainframe environments.
• Lead incident response and major recovery activities related to Coupling Facility and mainframe infrastructure.
• Mentor technical team members and coordinate cross-functional projects.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IBM mainframe environments, including deep expertise in Coupling Facility implementation and administration.
• Experience leading incident management, major recovery activities, automation, and standardization initiatives.
• Subject-matter expertise in at least one mainframe platform.
• Experience mentoring technical teams and leading cross-functional projects.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and technical documentation skills.
• Intermediate English proficiency for technical documentation, global collaboration, and incident communication.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Advanced knowledge of GDPS IBM mainframe technologies.
• Experience with automation tools and scripting languages such as JCL, Unix shell, PowerShell, or SQL.
