Senior Systems Engineer (Windows): Designing and delivering resilient enterprise Windows environments while leading critical incident responses and complex cloud migrations with an accent on PowerShell automation, infrastructure as code, and multi-system architecture. Focus on engineering immutable server builds, integrating Windows infrastructure into CI/CD pipelines, and coordinating rapid resolution across global engineering teams.
Location: Mexico City, hybrid; at least three days per week in the office or onsite with clients

What you will do
- Lead major incident conference calls and drive rapid resolution across Network, Storage, Database, Security, and other engineering teams.
- Act as the technical anchor for Windows workloads during large-scale cloud migration initiatives.
- Design, engineer, and deploy resilient multi-system Windows environments with strong scalability and security baselines.
- Map complex system dependencies and build immutable server environments at enterprise scale.
- Develop PowerShell scripts, automation pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code solutions to eliminate manual operations.
- Mentor peers, define global technical standards, and deliver large-scale engineering projects independently.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in Windows Server engineering or a related field.
- Strong spoken and written English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to engineering and business stakeholders.
- Expert knowledge of Windows Server architecture, failover clustering, advanced networking, and Active Directory Domain Services.
- Hands-on experience with Git and PowerShell, including clean scripting, code review, and version-control practices.
- Experience integrating Windows infrastructure into CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
- Practical experience with AWS and Microsoft Azure networking, compute, and identity services, plus a proven record of delivering complex Windows solutions.
