Technical QA Analyst II (Healthtech)

What you will do

• Identify, investigate, and triage technical issues within the JUDI tech stack using logs, database queries, and monitoring data.
• Analyze system logs via CloudWatch, Datadog, or New Relic to detect anomalies and performance bottlenecks.
• Develop and execute complex SQL queries in PostgreSQL to investigate data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with engineering to support and monitor AWS services including EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS.
• Translate business requirements from Product Managers into actionable test plans and requirements.
• Execute QA tasks, including ticket refinement, manual testing, and UAT support.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in QA Analysis, Software Engineering, or Business Analysis.
• Proficiency in Python and strong SQL experience.
• Experience with logging and monitoring tools (CloudWatch, Datadog, or New Relic).
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and GitHub.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is strongly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Knowledge of API testing methodologies and CI/CD pipelines.
• Understanding of data warehousing concepts.
• Prior experience in the Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) space.
