TL;DR

Helpdesk Technician II (IT Support): Independently resolve moderate-to-complex Helpdesk tickets and maintain operational reliability with an accent on troubleshooting, system administration, and automation. Focus on managing IT equipment lifecycles, escalating issues, and improving workflows through custom solutions.

Location: On-site at Draper, UT headquarters. Employment contingent on background and credit check.

What you will do

  • Independently resolve moderate-to-complex Helpdesk tickets
  • Serve as escalation point for Helpdesk Technician I
  • Troubleshoot advanced software, access, account, and basic network issues
  • Manage full lifecycle of IT equipment including provisioning and decommissioning
  • Administer core IT systems like Okta, Google Workspace, Jamf Pro, and Intune
  • Design, build, and maintain automation solutions for Helpdesk efficiency
  • Maintain and improve documentation, workflows, and standards
  • Provide coaching and technical guidance to junior technicians

Requirements

  • 2–4 years experience in Helpdesk or technical support
  • Ability to independently troubleshoot complex technical issues
  • Strong understanding of Windows, macOS, and SaaS tools
  • Experience creating and maintaining automation solutions
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration
  • Associate’s degree or equivalent preferred
  • Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds

Nice to have

  • Basic networking (VLANs, routing, switching)
  • Scripting or automation tooling experience
