TL;DR

What you will do

  • Develop and manage customer advocacy programs, reference networks, lifecycle touchpoints, and engagement initiatives.
  • Produce customer stories, case studies, testimonials, win-wires, and milestone announcements highlighting hirify.global’s impact.
  • Collaborate with APM, CS, Sales, Product Marketing, and Leadership to identify and expand customer story assets.
  • Track and celebrate customer achievements like product adoption, renewals, and expansions, turning them into narratives.
  • Build and maintain customer champions for references, events, webinars, quotes, and co-marketing.
  • Support upsell, cross-sell, and retention campaigns with targeted messaging and content.
  • Track engagement and report on impact of initiatives on retention, advocacy, and pipeline.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years experience in customer marketing, product marketing, or customer success
  • Exceptional storytelling, interviewing, and content development skills
  • Strong relationship building with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Highly organized, able to manage multiple projects
  • Passionate about amplifying customer impact and building programs from scratch
