What you will do

• Ensure correct and timely refunds to merchants across 7 LATAM countries, adhering to local protocols.
• Manage high-volume ticket requests from merchants and internal stakeholders, focusing on resolution speed.
• Oversee control and approval of discretionary movements, including Credit and Debit notes.
• Perform bank reconciliations between statements and back-office systems.
• Monitor and report on KPIs to identify bottlenecks in payment flows.
• Provide support and expertise for payment team projects and regional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Accounting, or related field
• 2+ years in financial institutions (Banks), Treasury, or specialized Customer Service
• Proven experience with payment platforms, electronic payments, or Fintech sector
• Intermediate-Advanced Excel proficiency (data manipulation and reconciliation)
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal)
