What you will do

• Design and implement the operational risk management framework, including policies, methodologies, and controls.
• Lead critical process identification and operational risk mapping in collaboration with process owners.
• Define and monitor KRIs and thresholds to ensure timely detection of relevant deviations.
• Manage the process for recording, analyzing, and assessing operational risk incidents and losses.
• Develop mitigation plans and effective controls in coordination with the First Line of Defense.
• Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in operational risk management within banks or financial institutions.
• Solid knowledge of Colombian regulations applicable to operational risk and business continuity.
• Experience in the implementation or maintenance of Business Continuity Plans (BCP).
• English: Minimum B1 level for professional interaction and technical documentation.
• Ability to structure processes, define methodologies, and work with multidisciplinary teams.
