Technical Virtual Assistant (Operations, Shopify & Design Support)

Location: Remote from the Philippines or South Africa

Salary: $1,200–$1,500 per month

What you will do

• Manage and organize multiple inboxes, including filters, rules, automations, and client correspondence.
• Support Shopify product management, research apps and integrations, and connect products to operational workflows.
• Assist with email marketing, social media content, and visual assets created in Canva.
• Track data and KPIs, organize reporting inputs, and work with Excel.
• Create furniture layouts, mood boards, room concepts, and other visual representations for customers.
• Improve systems and manage varied operational tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role.
• Hands-on Shopify experience, including Shopify apps and integrations, is required.
• Experience with Canva or similar design tools and creating visual product layouts is required.
• Strong technical, systems, organizational, and email management skills.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.
• Must be based in the Philippines or South Africa.

Nice to have

• Power BI experience.
• Email marketing experience.
• Experience with automation or AI tools.
