What you will do

• Manage multiple inboxes, set up email rules/filters/automations, respond on behalf of client, and summarize updates.
• Handle Shopify product tasks, research/implement apps/integrations, pull products into workflows.
• Assist with email marketing, create/edit visual content in Canva, support social media.
• Track data/KPIs, work with Excel (Power BI bonus), organize data for reports.
• Create furniture layouts, mood boards, visual concepts using Shopify/apps and design tools.

Requirements

• 3+ years as Virtual Assistant or similar
• Hands-on Shopify experience (essential), including apps/integrations
• Canva or similar design tools; creating visual content/layouts (furniture preferred)
• Strong email management and organizational skills
• Fluent English (written/verbal)
• Must be located in Philippines or South Africa
