What you will do

• Develop and execute corporate real estate strategies aligned with business growth, brand presence, and workforce needs
• Manage full lifecycle of real estate transactions including needs assessment, market research, site selection, RFP, lease negotiations, and project closeout
• Negotiate purchase and sale agreements, conduct due diligence, and handle lease administration and restoration obligations
• Lead workplace strategy initiatives for space optimization and employee experience enhancements
• Partner with Finance on budgeting, forecasting, and cost management; collaborate with Legal, Risk, Security, IT, and Facilities
• Manage relationships with external partners like brokers, landlords, architects, and project managers; act as SME for internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in commercial real estate, corporate real estate, portfolio management, or workplace strategy
• Strong negotiation skills and experience with real estate documentation (Estoppel, Lease Guaranty, leases, PSAs)
• Proven experience managing multi-site and global real estate portfolios
• Experience in creative, consumer products, or global brand-driven environments
• Effective communication, detail-oriented with strong organizational skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in corporate real estate database management (Prolease, CoStar preferred)
