Location: San Francisco, California, United States. Ability to work from our San Francisco office 3 days a week (Tuesday-Thursday).

Base Pay Range: $40.77 - $61.15 USD (hourly, non-exempt, eligible for overtime).

What you will do

• Support day-to-day execution of client campaigns, account maintenance, and preparation of meeting materials.
• Monitor campaign performance using tools like hirify.global Cloud Platform, SFDC, and Looker; surface insights for optimizations.
• Analyze data to identify trends, prepare reports, and spot upsell opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve workflows.
• Document processes, share best practices, and contribute to team efficiency.

Requirements

• Graduation Timeline: Completion of Bachelor’s, Master’s, or MBA by July 2026.
• Location: Ability to work from San Francisco office 3 days a week (Tue-Thu).
• Start Date: Available full-time by July 6th, 2026.
• Comfort using AI tools, spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets), and basic reporting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and initiative.
• Willingness to learn big data, mobile advertising, and programmatic marketing.
