What you will do

• Define long-term migration roadmap for decommissioning legacy systems, starting with 1-year plan for Colombia.
• Architect and integrate cloud-based AI agents to automate infrastructure maintenance and data migration.
• Collaborate with General Managers, PMs, and Staff+ ICs to align technical decisions with business needs across Brazil, Mexico, and Colombia.
• Mentor senior engineers, promoting pragmatism, excellence in distributed systems, and AI tool adoption.

Requirements

• 15+ years software engineering experience focused on large-scale distributed systems.
• Proven experience leading critical system migrations and managing coexistence between legacy and new architectures.
• Strong interest or practical experience with GenAI/LLMs for engineering productivity and data analysis.
• Ability to design reusable APIs and contracts for multiple product teams with high reliability.
• Fluent English required for collaboration across global hubs (Brazil, US, Mexico, Colombia).
