What you will do

• Lead M&A and corporate development processes from evaluation to post-close integration.
• Perform financial modeling and valuation (DCF, LBO) for scenario analysis and return metrics.
• Manage financial due diligence and coordinate with external advisors and vendors.
• Assess strategic fit and portfolio optimization for various lines of business.
• Present investment cases and strategic findings to the Board and senior leadership.
• Collaborate with legal, tax, HR, and operations teams for seamless deal execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investment banking, corporate development, transaction consulting, or principal investing.
• Expertise in valuation methodologies and advanced financial modeling.
• Proven project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
• Advanced analytical skills and high proficiency in Excel.
• Must be able to work in a hybrid capacity from the corporate office in The Woodlands, TX.
