Location: Hybrid in Watford office (at least 3 days/week or 60% time; 5 days/week during training)

Salary: £31,379 - £33,030

What you will do

• Deliver best service to drivers by educating, explaining, and managing their needs and experiences.
• Handle inbound and outbound interactions, ensuring accuracy in internal/external systems.
• Take full accountability for work, striving to exceed KPIs and SLAs.
• Put driver perspective first when delivering difficult messages and resolving issues.

Requirements

• Location: Hybrid in Watford (min 3 days/week, 5 days training)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with professional telephone manner.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Ability to prioritise under business pressures with high accuracy and attention to detail.
• Proactive, inquisitive approach to understanding context and impact.
