What you will do

• Drive expansion of debit card portfolio by developing strategies to increase usage, engagement, and interchange revenue.
• Govern and advance the long-term product roadmap, balancing growth, customer experience, risk, and operations.
• Establish, monitor, and report on portfolio KPIs with data-driven insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, operations, technology, compliance, and frontline teams to execute initiatives.
• Develop and launch new debit card initiatives, co-branded programs, and features; partner on go-to-market strategies.
• Manage vendor relationships, contracts, regulatory compliance (Reg E, PCI-DSS), and leverage data analytics for decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Technology, or related field.
• Product management experience with ownership of strategy, roadmaps, and performance; debit card experience in consumer/small business banking, payments, fintech, or card networks required.
• Experience managing card portfolios, payments products, or transaction-based revenue models.
• Strong analytical skills including advanced Excel; working knowledge of SQL.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience in regulated environments like banking or fintech.
• Prior retail banking or payments industry experience preferred.
