What you will do

• Partner with the Director of Strategy to execute cross-functional initiatives related to channel coordination and service integration.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable project plans by defining timelines, stakeholders, and next steps.
• Lead day-to-day project management, including stakeholder coordination, documentation, and follow-through.
• Develop and oversee structured test plans for new platforms and service models.
• Identify friction points and process gaps across departments to create documentation that improves execution.
• Analyze performance trends and test results to provide data-driven recommendations for future initiatives.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, media strategy, or program management.
• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects or strategic initiatives.
• Strong ability to transform loosely defined ideas into organized execution plans.
• Deep understanding of how marketing channels like paid media, content, and social connect.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex workstreams independently.
