What you will do

• Build and evolve drag-and-drop app builder used across the company
• Shape frontend architecture decisions with React/Next.js
• Implement highly interactive, state-heavy UIs and component systems for non-developers
• Balance performance, usability, and flexibility in enterprise-scale environment
• Collaborate closely with product, design, and engineering teams
• Define platform evolution with real ownership and impact

Requirements

• Deep experience with React/Next.js
• Advanced state management for complex, nested UI state
• TypeScript in strict mode for modeling complex systems
• Component architecture and styling systems (MUI + Tailwind preferred)
• Performance tuning for smooth operation under load
• Strong design mindset: build dense, usable interfaces and understand UX tradeoffs
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; experience with highly interactive web apps

Nice to have

• Experience with low-code/no-code tools
• JSON schemas and UI-as-data thinking
• Building drag-and-drop interfaces
