Salary: $110,000 – $135,000

What you will do

• Work with product managers and engineers to document all aspects of the hirify.global platform, including portal, software agents, and RESTful APIs
• Test features and write/edit/update articles from an end-user perspective, including UI references, procedures, and background info
• Organize information into clear, informative topics for the continuously updated Knowledge Base
• Contribute user-perspective feedback via Jira to improve the platform
• Create additional customer support content as needed

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience writing and editing KB documentation for software products
• Affinity for detailed, unambiguous, precise, and concise written language
• Experience testing and validating documentation for accuracy, completeness, and usability
• Strong collaboration, communication, critical thinking, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with networking and data analytics concepts and terminology

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Notion, and content management systems like Document360
• Experience creating media content like video tutorials or slideshows
