What you will do

• Configure and troubleshoot Cisco switches, routers, ASA/Firepower firewalls, and Meraki Wi-Fi solutions including SSID, RF optimization, and guest access.
• Maintain LAN/WAN connectivity, SD-WAN, Site-to-Site VPN, and BGP/OSPF routing protocols.
• Design, deploy, and manage high-availability Hyper-V clusters and AWS environments (EC2, VPC, S3).
• Administer Windows Server, Ubuntu Linux, DNS, DHCP, and Active Directory/LDAP services.
• Implement hybrid cloud best practices, cost-optimization, and data center capacity planning.

Requirements

• 5+ years in IT Operations or System Administration, with 2+ years in senior capacity.
• Expertise in Cisco Networking (routing, switching, firewalls), Cisco Meraki (wireless, SD-WAN).
• Microsoft Hyper-V (Failover Clustering, Virtual Switches), AWS services.
• Windows Server (AD, GPO), Linux (SSH, Bash scripting), core services (DNS, DHCP, IP management).
• Diploma in Computer Science or IT-related field.

Nice to have

• Certifications: Cisco CCNP/CCNA, AWS Solutions Architect.
• Advanced English for communication with non-Portuguese speakers.
• Knowledge of other cloud providers.
