What you will do

• Own success of channel programs within the hirify.global Altitude Program, ensuring smooth execution and results.
• Conduct competitive research, identify trends, and turn insights into scalable strategies for partner engagement and sales enablement.
• Create compelling content and materials with media teams for internal and external audiences.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, legal, operations, and global teams to launch and improve programs.
• Lead webinars and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.

Requirements

• Degree in Marketing or Business (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of experience supporting marketing programs.
• Strong data analysis skills to turn insights into strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with attention to detail.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain quality.
• Flexibility to join global calls when needed.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ClickUp and CRM systems like Salesforce.
• B2B marketing experience.
• Channel marketing or cross-functional team experience.
