Sr. Project Manager (Medtech)

What you will do

• Lead new product development (NPD) and cross-functional business projects from initiation through commercialization.
• Develop business cases, project objectives, statements of work, and detailed project plans including scope, timelines, and budgets.
• Create and maintain project dashboards, KPIs, and reporting tools to communicate progress, risks, and key milestones.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, Marketing, Quality, and Commercial teams to ensure successful execution.
• Identify project dependencies and execute mitigation plans for identified risks in partnership with leadership.
• Prepare and deliver project updates and presentations to mid- and senior-level leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of Project Management experience within a regulated or complex business environment.
• 3+ years of experience in Product Development, Marketing, Quality, or Sales Operations.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Full-time work authorization in the United States, both now and in the future, without requiring sponsorship.

Nice to have

• PMP certification.
• Experience within the medical device or healthcare industry.
• Familiarity with Lean concepts, process mapping, and operational excellence methodologies.
• Experience managing New Product Development (NPD) projects.
