What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of technology-centric projects and programs, managing scope, timelines, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams and business/executive audiences, converting complex IT/engineering input into publishable outputs.
• Plan, develop, produce, and publish technical white papers, briefs, solution overviews, and executive summaries.
• Partner with engineers and technical experts to ensure accuracy and alignment of published materials.
• Manage content lifecycles from intake through publication, including reviews and approvals.
• Develop executive-ready communications and presentations synthesizing technical content into impactful narratives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's +6 years or Master's +4 years in Communications, Technical Communication, Business, Marketing, Journalism, Information Systems, or related field
• 6+ years leading projects/programs in enterprise/technology environments with responsibility for technical publications/content delivery
• 6+ years publishing technical white papers/briefs or similar, with hands-on expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Acrobat), Figma, WordPress or comparable CMS

Nice to have

• Experience supporting large matrixed enterprise or global technology organizations.
• Ability to work directly with engineering/IT to produce technically rigorous publications.
• Strong portfolio of published technical/enterprise content like white papers or solution documentation.
