What you will do

  • Own US DTC growth strategy, P&L including pricing, promotions, merchandising, and profitability
  • Develop digital merchandising, personalization, A/B testing, CRO, and content-to-commerce experiences
  • Align performance marketing (paid search, social, affiliates, email) with business goals to improve ROAS and retention
  • Lead operations with supply chain, fulfillment, 3PLs, and post-purchase support
  • Build and lead multidisciplinary eCommerce team while collaborating cross-functionally
  • Represent DTC consumer voice in product launches, campaigns, and planning

Requirements

  • 8-12+ years in eCommerce, digital marketing, or DTC leadership, preferably consumer goods
  • Proven track record growing DTC business and owning revenue P&L
  • Expertise in digital platforms (Shopify Plus, Salesforce Commerce Cloud), analytics (GA4), marketing tech
  • Strong commercial acumen, digital merchandising, consumer behavior, conversion optimization
  • Experience with eCommerce tools (Bloomreach, SFCC/Shopify capabilities)
  • Leadership, team development, cross-functional collaboration skills
