Salary: USD 143,170 - USD 200,000 yearly

What you will do

  • Maintain executive-level relationships with senior clients and agency partners beyond day-to-day operations.
  • Drive client retention and identify expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Manage account financial health, targets, and P&L objectives.
  • Lead the coordination and development of integrated marketing plans internally and with external partners.
  • Provide industry thought leadership to introduce new services to clients.
  • Lead and mentor cross-functional project teams across the organization.

Requirements

  • 12-15 years of experience in agency, consultative, pharmaceutical, or healthcare sectors.
  • Proven expertise in integrated and digital marketing and communications.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet P&L targets through business expansion.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Journalism, or Communications.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and negotiation skills.
  • Must be based in the USA (specifically Chicago, IL).
