What you will do

• Manage, mentor, and provide growth opportunities for software engineers.
• Collaborate with senior engineers and stakeholders to deliver technical vision focused on performance and business objectives.
• Shape technology strategy with leads, principals, and senior managers.
• Identify technology gaps, mitigate technical and regulatory risks.
• Drive delivery of backlog items, communicate progress and blockers.
• Measure and improve predictability using data, KPIs, and operational excellence.

Requirements

• Based in Jersey City, US for hybrid work
• Degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Strong background delivering software as IC or manager.
• Experience with distributed, scalable backend systems and APIs.
• Understanding of modern architectures and design patterns.
• Excellent communication, ownership, and stakeholder management skills.
