What you will do

• Drive technical sales and implementation of stablecoin solutions with major U.S. banks for treasury, cross-border settlement, and client offerings.
• Build and strengthen partner ecosystem with exchanges, card networks, payment companies, and asset managers.
• Lead cross-functional processes with compliance, regulatory, finance, operations, and audit teams to maintain standards.
• Define and prioritize core product features, scoping problems and co-creating solutions with engineering.
• Influence executives and stakeholders through narratives, tradeoffs, and execution clarity.

Requirements

• Must be based in Miami, Florida for hybrid work
• Track record shipping complex fintech/payments/banking products with partner and regulatory dependencies.
• Proven ability to run end-to-end cross-functional programs in regulated environments (risk, controls, audit, compliance).
• Strong stakeholder management with executive-level customers/partners and technical counterparts.
• Bias for ownership and execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with stablecoin issuance, tokenization, or institutional crypto infrastructure.
• Experience building platform products and partner ecosystems (APIs, integrations, co-development).
• Prior work in or with federally regulated financial institutions (bank controls/governance).
