What you will do

• Prepare, apply, and repair paper machine roll covers.
• Set up and calibrate machines for roll recovering.
• Operate ovens and manage draining/filling of tanks and vessels.
• Patch covers in plant or at customer facilities following instructions.
• Handle solvents for cleaning and maintaining machinery and equipment.
• Transfer waste from dispensers to containers for proper disposal.

Requirements

• High school education with previous manufacturing experience; ideally 3-5 years.
• Knowledge of papermaking machinery a plus.
• High level of initiative and personal motivation; willing to train.
• Pass background check, pre-employment physical, and drug screen.
