Marketing Specialist

What you will do

• Set up and manage paid campaigns on Google and LinkedIn, track performance and provide optimization recommendations.
• Define goals and execute events in Belgium, Netherlands and Romania, including venue finding, speaker outreach and on-site management.
• Support website management, keeping content accurate and up-to-date.
• Contribute to content marketing from briefing to publishing, ensuring consistency across digital channels.
• Collaborate with Marketing Manager and team while taking independent ownership of projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication or related field, or equivalent experience.
• A few years of relevant professional experience managing multiple projects.
• Hands-on experience with Google Ads and/or LinkedIn Ads (hard requirement).
• Experience coordinating or supporting events, ideally B2B.
• Strong project management skills with focus on structure, deadlines and details.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.

Nice to have

• Experience with HubSpot.
• Interest in AI trends and integrating AI into work.
