What you will do

• Design and execute product and marketing strategies for Pelvic Health, developing high-quality omnichannel materials.
• Lead end-to-end international product launches and phase-outs, aligning cross-functional and regional teams for impact.
• Drive regional marketing plans and product lifecycle management with sales and analytics teams.
• Gather market and competitive intelligence, translating into actionable initiatives.
• Develop competitive sales programs and training for field teams.
• Support sales with expertise, clinical data, and KOL relationships; design patient pathways for therapies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Marketing, Business, or related, minimum 5 years relevant sales/marketing experience
• Strong marketing background in medical device industry, preferably urology
• Proven track record leading complex projects
• High proficiency in English; additional languages a plus
• Ability to lead, collaborate, influence cross-functional teams; excellent communication
• Strong learning agility for clinical/technical concepts
