hirify.global UK is a leading digital health company specializing in cannabis-based medicines (CBPM), dedicated to improving patient access to safe and effective treatments.

What you will do

  • Lead paid social acquisition strategy across Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging platforms in the UK and international markets.
  • Manage large paid media budgets, driving ROI, and optimising performance using data analytics and structured testing.
  • Utilise GA4, server-side tracking, and attribution modelling within health data constraints.
  • Analyse campaign and funnel performance to generate commercially meaningful insights and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
  • Work cross-functionally with teams to deliver compliant, high-performing paid social assets.
  • Act as the paid social SME, advising on platform policy, compliance, and feasibility.

Requirements

  • 6+ years’ experience in paid digital performance marketing, managing large-scale paid social budgets (£100k+/month) across Meta and TikTok.
  • Experience in regulated advertising environments, with knowledge of MHRA or equivalent healthcare standards.
  • Proficiency in tracking, GA4, and consent-led frameworks.
  • Comfortable being highly autonomous, managing complex workloads, and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.
