Focus on planning deliverables, managing risks, mentoring producers, and ensuring alignment across teams.

What you will do

• Plan deliverables, validate roadmaps, manage risks and trade-offs across project lifecycle.
• Drive collaboration between Direction, Production, and Development for optimal delivery.
• Supervise and mentor Producers, handle performance reviews, career growth, and well-being.
• Communicate regularly with stakeholders, Executive Producer, and other Leads for alignment.
• Participate in recruitment, interviews, and special projects as needed.

Requirements

• Experience as Lead Producer, Senior Producer, Development Director or similar.
• Deep knowledge of development methodologies, production lifecycle, tools, and processes.
• Strong prioritization and management of complex operational issues.
• Proven leadership to recruit, guide, empower, and motivate production teams.
• Excellent emotional intelligence for feedback and high-pressure situations.

Nice to have

• Experience with content teams like Maps, World Immersion, Audio & FX.
• Skills in live service games and Games As A Service best practices.
• Full production cycle team management.
• Process optimization and adaptability in ambiguous environments.
