Assistant Property Manager (Entry-level)

What you will do

• Assist with accounts receivable/payable, tenant invoicing, rent collection, and bank deposits using Yardi.
• Conduct property visits, inspections for cleanliness, landscaping, and life safety compliance.
• Coordinate with vendors, contractors, inspectors, and deliver notices to tenants.
• Maintain documentation, reporting systems, and life safety records in Confirmed Life Safety.
• Communicate with tenants and vendors, respond to requests, and run errands between office and properties.
• Represent the company at networking events and provide general operational support.

Requirements

• 0–1 years experience in property management, real estate, or customer service preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related).
• Strong organizational, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail, team-oriented mindset, proactive attitude.
• Driver's license required.
• Willingness to learn systems like Yardi (experience a plus).
