What you will do

• Assist with pre-k and kindergarten enrollment for refugee students.
• Contact parents to confirm class attendance and navigate education barriers.
• Communicate with schools (JCPS) and early childhood services to connect families.
• Collect and interpret data to support student success.
• Provide equal treatment and maintain client confidentiality.
• Support program growth through community partnerships.

Requirements

• Current undergraduate/graduate student or <12 months post-graduation.
• U.S. citizen or compliant work authorization (no sponsorship).
• Reliable personal transportation (no support provided).
• Fluency in English (spoken/written).
• Strong intercultural communication and ability to work independently/team.
• Handle sensitive information confidentially.
