What you will do

• Instruct assigned real estate courses following established curriculum and lesson plans.
• Engage actively with students during livestream sessions and classroom instruction.
• Provide prompt support by responding to student emails, voicemails, and discussion board inquiries within 24 hours.
• Facilitate student success by offering real-world examples and answering course-related questions.
• Complete and maintain the CDEI (Certified Distance Education Instructor) designation.
• Manage administrative duties, including filing state paperwork and signing course completion certificates.

Requirements

• Active California real estate license (salesperson or broker) is mandatory.
• 3-5 years of professional experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney.
• Fluent proficiency in both English and Spanish is required.
• Must be able to work in California for onsite or hybrid teaching requirements.
• Access to a dedicated office space with a high-speed internet connection and an HD camera setup.
• Availability to teach flexible daytime, evening, and weekend class schedules.

Nice to have

• DREI certification.
• Previous formal instruction or training experience.
