Allied - Bilingual (Spanish/English) Real Estate Instructor (Real Estate)

Location: California; remote, with the ability to instruct in an onsite classroom and via Zoom required

What you will do

• Teach assigned California real estate courses according to the course plan using provided content and materials.
• Lead livestream lessons, engage students, provide real-world examples, and recommend strategies for meeting course objectives.
• Support Spanish-speaking students by answering email, voicemail, and discussion-board questions within one business day, ideally within 24 hours.
• Complete instructor documentation, maintain recognition as an Instructor of Record, and allow use of the instructor's name and signature on course completion certificates.
• Complete the 16-hour CDEI designation through IDECC within four months of contract acceptance and renew it every three years; acquisition and renewal costs are reimbursed.
• Participate in faculty and ad hoc curriculum meetings and file paperwork for state commission approvals and renewals.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a licensed real estate salesperson, broker, or attorney required.
• Active California real estate salesperson or broker license required.
• Fluency in Spanish and English required.
• Strong understanding of webinar, livestreaming, and online instruction technology.
• Flexibility to teach daytime, evening, and weekend classes.
• Computer with an HD camera and microphone required.
• Quiet, dedicated office space with a strong internet connection required.
• Ability to instruct in an onsite classroom and via Zoom required.

Nice to have

• DREI certification preferred but not required.
• Previous instruction and/or training experience strongly preferred.
