What you will do

• Conduct training needs analyses to identify skill gaps across supply chain roles like buyers and inventory clerks.
• Develop structured, role-based training plans aligned with system deployments and process changes.
• Design engaging instructional materials including e-learning modules, system simulations, and job aids.
• Migrate training content between eLearning platforms and delivery software.
• Coordinate training sessions and collect learner feedback to improve effectiveness.
• Track participation metrics using LMS reporting tools like WorkDay.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Technologies, or Education.
• Strong interest in learning & development, digital transformation, and supply chain operations.
• Familiarity with instructional design principles such as ADDIE and adult learning theory.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable learning solutions.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience with e-learning authoring tools like Articulate Storyline, Captivate, or WalkMe.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies such as Prosci.
