TL;DR

Customer Success Enablement Manager (AI Healthcare): Lead strategic development and execution of comprehensive enablement programs equipping Customer Success teams with tools, training, and resources with an accent on shortening ramp time and achieving company goals. Salary: $117,234 - $184,225 a year (includes base, variable and equity).

What you will do

  • Lead design and implementation of advanced training programs addressing knowledge and performance gaps in Customer Success.
  • Develop and execute enablement strategy aligned with global best practices throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Oversee onboarding for new hires, ensuring full integration with necessary tools and knowledge.
  • Collaborate with leadership on enablement projects like playbooks, training tracks, and certification programs.
  • Analyze performance metrics to assess initiatives and make data-driven adjustments.
  • Act as liaison between Customer Success and other departments to foster cross-functional collaboration.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in Customer Success enablement, enterprise sales management, or related field with proven track record in managing enablement projects.
  • Expertise in designing commercial training programs driving measurable improvements.
  • Strong understanding of Customer Success cycle, challenges, and best practices.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to influence across organization.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and translate into actionable strategies.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams for Customer Success objectives.
  • AI proficiency at Level 1 (Explorer): Use AI daily for personal productivity; higher levels preferred based on seniority.

  • Experience with AI-driven tools for Customer Success enablement.
  • Background in global Customer Success enablement across multiple regions.
