TL;DR

What you will do

  • Guide clients through API integrations, provide troubleshooting and best practices across hirify.global API suite
  • Diagnose and resolve complex issues using logs, traces, metrics, and observability tools
  • Create documentation and tools to enable client success and scaling
  • Lead technical initiatives for accounts, collaborate with sales for expansion
  • Maintain relationships with enterprise clients, deliver performance reviews and updates
  • Communicate customer needs to product/engineering, align clients with roadmaps

Requirements

  • 4+ years as Technical Account Manager, Solutions Engineer, or customer-facing technical role in software/fintech
  • Strong debugging skills with logs, traces, API responses; experience with observability tools like Sentry, Honeycomb, Datadog
  • Hands-on API experience: read/write requests, debug JSON, triage issues; GraphQL preferred
  • Track record managing enterprise/publicly traded clients with complex requirements
  • Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud infrastructure, real-time data processing
  • Strong project management, communication, and presentation skills for devs and C-level

Nice to have

  • Experience in financial services, fintech, lending, payments, or mortgage
  • Background at API-first or developer-platform company
