TL;DR

Enterprise Account Executive (Fintech): Driving adoption of AI voice agents within large-scale mortgage lenders and financial institutions with an accent on navigating complex enterprise sales cycles and C-suite relationships. Focus on executing strategic sales plans, winning RFPs, and building a world-class GTM team to dominate the North American consumer lending market.

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA. Visa sponsorship is not available.

hirify.global is building an AI operating system for consumer lending, partnering with major mortgage lenders to transform contact centers and compliance via AI voice agents.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate key accounts in mortgage lending, servicing, and consumer banking.
  • Shape, execute, and win RFPs to deploy AI Agents across lender operations.
  • Navigate multi-stakeholder enterprise sales processes involving C-suite, InfoSec, legal, and procurement.
  • Generate and qualify outbound leads through proactive prospecting and networking.
  • Collaborate with founders and engineers to design and present technical solutions.
  • Contribute to GTM strategy, storytelling, and the creation of case studies to drive enterprise credibility.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of formal sales experience, including 4+ years selling to large mid-market or enterprise organizations.
  • 2-3 years of experience within a startup or high-growth technology company.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quotas in a B2B SaaS environment, specifically with "net new" products.
  • Proficiency with modern sales tools and methodologies, such as Outreach and MEDDIC.
  • Strong consultative selling skills and the ability to build relationships with C-level executives.
  • Must be located in or able to work on-site in San Francisco, CA.

Nice to have

  • Experience as an early sales hire or the first non-founder sales hire at a startup.
  • Previous experience selling specifically to large banks and lenders.
