What you will do

• Understand infrastructure needs for growth of revenue streams and LATAM market benefits from telematics solutions.
• Own product roadmap development, align stakeholders, and execute strategic initiatives.
• Lead customer discovery, mentor team on interviews, and refine value propositions.
• Drive portfolio prioritization aligned with business strategy.
• Establish reporting frameworks and feedback loops for product success measurement.
• Collaborate with UX, developers, data scientists to validate solutions and translate needs into epics.
• Analyze feedback to improve launched products and enhance product management frameworks.

Requirements

• 5-8 years in product management/customer discovery with strong LATAM market focus
• Bachelor's in related field (Engineering, Business, Computer Science preferred)
• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills
• Strong analytical, strategic, and diplomatic skills
• Experience with user metrics, product KPIs, Agile methods
• US work eligibility (E-Verify)
