What you will do
- Identify and approach businesses needing international payments and FX via outbound phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- Build and manage sales pipeline, conduct discovery meetings, and deliver product demos.
- Manage full sales cycle: proposals, negotiations, closing, KYC, and onboarding.
- Drive client activation to first transaction and Active Trading Client status.
- Identify cross-sell opportunities for FX, cards, and platform services; refer internally.
- Handover activated clients to dealing team; re-engage dormant accounts.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year in sales or business development.
- Proven outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and full sales cycle experience.
- Strong communication to engage senior decision-makers; handle objections.
- Fast-paced, target-driven mindset with commercial awareness.
- Organisational skills for CRM and activity tracking.
- Basic understanding of international payments/FX (or quick learner).
- Compliance with processes, KYC, and operational frameworks.
Nice to have
- Experience in FX, payments, or fintech.
- High-volume outbound sales or telesales.
- SME/corporate client engagement; sales targets achievement.
- FX markets knowledge, onboarding/KYC/AML familiarity.
- Salesforce or similar CRM; negotiation skills.
