TL;DR

What you will do

  • Identify and approach businesses needing international payments and FX via outbound phone, email, and LinkedIn.
  • Build and manage sales pipeline, conduct discovery meetings, and deliver product demos.
  • Manage full sales cycle: proposals, negotiations, closing, KYC, and onboarding.
  • Drive client activation to first transaction and Active Trading Client status.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities for FX, cards, and platform services; refer internally.
  • Handover activated clients to dealing team; re-engage dormant accounts.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year in sales or business development.
  • Proven outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and full sales cycle experience.
  • Strong communication to engage senior decision-makers; handle objections.
  • Fast-paced, target-driven mindset with commercial awareness.
  • Organisational skills for CRM and activity tracking.
  • Basic understanding of international payments/FX (or quick learner).
  • Compliance with processes, KYC, and operational frameworks.

Nice to have

  • Experience in FX, payments, or fintech.
  • High-volume outbound sales or telesales.
  • SME/corporate client engagement; sales targets achievement.
  • FX markets knowledge, onboarding/KYC/AML familiarity.
  • Salesforce or similar CRM; negotiation skills.
