TL;DR

Sales Executive (Fintech): Managing qualified leads and commercial negotiations to drive business growth and client onboarding with an accent on payments infrastructure and complex B2B deals. Focus on coordinating cross-functional onboarding processes, removing compliance or technical blockers, and ensuring successful transaction activation for international merchants.

Location: Remote, or hybrid in Warsaw or Limassol. Must be based in Europe.

What you will do

  • Own end-to-end commercial negotiations with qualified leads including pricing and contract structure.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients from deal handover to the first live transaction.
  • Coordinate with compliance, technical, and operational teams to resolve onboarding blockers.
  • Drive merchants through the KYC and operational setup to a production-ready state.
  • Manage seamless transitions from sales to Customer Success.
  • Provide actionable feedback to the Business Development team on lead patterns and quality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Closer in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
  • Fluency in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex commercial B2B discussions.
  • Familiarity with onboarding workflows in regulated environments like payments or KYC.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational departments.
  • Must be based in Europe (remote or hybrid).

Nice to have

  • Experience in payment processing, acquiring, or crypto/fiat infrastructure.
  • Track record of working with international merchants.
  • Understanding of transaction-based revenue models.
