Location: Remote, or hybrid in Warsaw or Limassol. Must be based in Europe.

What you will do
- Own end-to-end commercial negotiations with qualified leads including pricing and contract structure.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients from deal handover to the first live transaction.
- Coordinate with compliance, technical, and operational teams to resolve onboarding blockers.
- Drive merchants through the KYC and operational setup to a production-ready state.
- Manage seamless transitions from sales to Customer Success.
- Provide actionable feedback to the Business Development team on lead patterns and quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or Closer in fintech, payments, or SaaS.
- Fluency in English (spoken and written).
- Strong negotiation skills with experience in complex commercial B2B discussions.
- Familiarity with onboarding workflows in regulated environments like payments or KYC.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with technical and operational departments.
- Must be based in Europe (remote or hybrid).
Nice to have
- Experience in payment processing, acquiring, or crypto/fiat infrastructure.
- Track record of working with international merchants.
- Understanding of transaction-based revenue models.
