TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives selling DaaS across the US
  • Drive pipeline generation, deal quality, and consistent execution
  • Instill structured, multi-threaded, consultative sales motion
  • Coach reps on selling to AI-native buyers and AI-forward organizations
  • Participate in strategic deals, shaping account strategy, pilots, and closing plans
  • Build operating rigor: forecasting, pipeline hygiene, deal reviews
  • Partner with Solutions Engineering, Delivery, Marketing, and Product
  • Refine messaging and GTM based on customer insights
  • Recruit, hire, and onboard top AE talent

Requirements

  • 8-10+ years of quota-carrying sales experience, with 5-7+ years in frontline sales leadership
  • Proven track record of leading teams that exceed targets
  • Experience selling complex, technical solutions (AI/ML, data infrastructure, or technical services)
  • Strong ability to coach on multi-threaded, consultative sales
  • Comfortable engaging technical buyers and senior stakeholders
  • Experience in competitive, fast-evolving markets
  • Highly structured operator with forecasting and inspection rigor
  • High ownership, high standards, low ego

Nice to have

  • Experience selling into AI/ML teams or developer-first products
  • Background in high-growth or category-creating companies
