What you will do

• Own and evolve automation strategy across UI, API, integration, performance, and security testing
• Design scalable automation frameworks with tools like Selenium WebDriver, Playwright integrated into CI/CD
• Lead adoption of AI-assisted testing including LLM-driven test generation and optimization
• Standardize quality practices like BDD and TDD, influence system design for testability
• Establish metrics, dashboards, and ensure regulatory compliance (GxP, FDA, 21 CFR Part 11)
• Mentor teams and drive improvements in test reliability, speed, and defect rates

Requirements

• 7+ years in test automation or quality engineering with ownership of automation architecture
• Hands-on expertise with Selenium WebDriver or similar, building scalable frameworks
• Experience with UI, API, backend automation strategies and CI/CD integration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• Exposure to AI-assisted testing, BDD frameworks (Cucumber, SpecFlow, Gherkin), TDD
• Proficiency in Java, C#, Python, or TypeScript; test data management, environment orchestration
• Strong communication to influence decisions and mentor teams
