Procurement Specialist

Salary: $79,300 - $105,600 USD

What you will do

• Qualify suppliers and manage relationships, including onboarding and performance analysis.
• Handle RFPs, bids, market comparisons, evaluations, negotiations, and contract awards.
• Place purchase orders, expedite deliveries, and resolve disputes.
• Lead cost reduction initiatives and support supplier quality assurance.
• Compile data for budgeting, report KPIs, and provide procurement training to internal teams.
• Source spare parts across facilities and facilitate scope formulation with end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Supply Chain, Finance, or technical discipline
• 3+ years of relevant procurement and supply management experience
• Contract negotiations experience
• Maintenance procurement experience
• Knowledge of procurement contracts, risk management, warranty, liability, TCO modeling
• Strong negotiation skills, data-driven decision making, KPI development
• Comfort working in industrial environments; high safety awareness
