What you will do

• Concept, script, and edit short-form videos with strong hooks, cliffhangers, and content across humor, romance, and action genres.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, and art directors to create dynamic, platform-native, character-driven content.
• Develop series promos, trailers, and explainer videos connecting fans to hirify.global's universe.
• Create animations from comic panels to elevate characters, worlds, and themes.
• Produce high-quality motion design and quick-turn social videos, bringing unique storytelling POV.
• Stay current with fan culture, animation trends, memes, and Gen Z/Millennial formats.

Requirements

• 3+ years in creative agency, production, or in-house entertainment, ideally ad content, trailers, or branded content.
• Strong storytelling focus on pacing, emotion, structure; proficient copywriting/scripting.
• Proficient in Premiere Pro, After Effects; Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition); animation/VFX tools; character rigging and principles.
• Portfolio/reel showing unique voice, artistic range, and storytelling instincts.
• Clear communicator, adaptable to fast-paced timelines, collaborative or independent.
• Passionate about comics, animation, gaming, storytelling; humor and creative eye.

Nice to have

• 3D animation experience.
• Strong online presence/portfolio in webcomics, animation, or fandom.
• Voice own content or on-camera willingness.
