What you will do

• Edit high-performing video content across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging platforms
• Produce and iterate on high volumes of creative variations including hooks, pacing, messaging, and formats for testing
• Shape visual narrative, tone, and pacing to align with brand identity and campaign goals
• Translate performance data and feedback into actionable edit improvements
• Own end-to-end post-production including editing, motion design, sound, and pacing
• Collaborate with Creative Directors, Producers, and Paid Media teams on direction and goals
• Leverage AI tools to enhance production and support brand storytelling and performance needs

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of professional video editing experience across brand and performance marketing content
• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, and Media Encoder
• Strong post-production workflows including syncing, color correction, sound design, and file organization
• Deep understanding of platform-native styles for TikTok, Meta, YouTube
• Grasp of typography, motion design, pacing, sound design, direct-response principles (hooks, retention, CTA)
• Experience using performance data to inform edits and create variations from single footage
• Familiarity with AI tools and strong cross-functional communication skills
