What you will do

• Drive video projects from concept through delivery, managing timelines, milestones, and logistics.
• Build and manage production budgets and coordinate end-to-end shoots, including locations, equipment, and talent.
• Research, onboard, and manage a roster of freelance videographers, editors, and motion designers.
• Perform hands-on editing, color correction, and basic sound mixing when needed using Premiere or DaVinci Resolve.
• Manage asset delivery and maintain production documentation across social, web, and broadcast platforms.

Requirements

• 4+ years in video production with direct project management ownership.
• Proven experience managing freelancers or external production partners.
• Fluency in Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent software.
• End-to-end production knowledge from pre-production through post-production.
• Strong budgeting and scheduling instincts with high attention to detail.
• Location: Remote, with a preference for candidates in New York and surrounding areas
